When you sign up, we will send you a passcode. When you register at the “Member” part of our site, you’ll put in your assigned passcode and start your fitness journey. You’ll take a fitness evaluation survey, and our program software will get you started on the correct video workout. Each time you log in, the software will direct you to the next video in the sequence for your own personal fitness program.

Nutrition Software
In addition, America’s Wellness Program’s nutrition software is one of the most complete programs on the market. As you learn more about healthy choices, you will begin to recognize how your diet can be improved. First, you’ll enter your menu online. The nutrition software analyzes the nutrition content and suggests how to remove foods which are causing problems. If vitamins or minerals are missing, the nutrition program will point out which foods will help balance your meals. By encouraging you to actively record your meals, AWP’s nutrition software involves you in planning meals for health.

Here's How It Works
You enter the foods that you eat into our online system.  Our system then points out problems in your diet, and teaches you how to improve by removing, or adding foods.  For example, if you are eating too much cholesterol, or saturated fat, it will show you which foods are causing the problems so that they can remove them from your diet.  If you are missing certain vitamins or minerals, it will help you balance your meal plans by suggesting foods to add to your diet.  Our system works with you from day to day, actively helping you to plan and track your nutrition so that you can feel, look, and perform better.
